Harbour Court

The space
Most of our guests arrive at the back door, as that’s where the parking space is, by driving down the service lane. Once parked up you will have a private entrance in to Harbour Court, but watch out for the very big step up in to the house. This entrance is the via the lower ground floor.

There is a hallway and somewhere to store your coats and shoes, and the first room on the right is a twin room, with a built in small wardrobe and space under the beds to put bags/suitcases. Next is the large family bathroom with a full sized bath and shower over. Finally the bigger bedroom which not only has a kingsize bed, and dressing table, but also has a door opening out on to a small private gravelled courtyard area ~ this courtyard is enclosed on all sides by walls.

Going up the stairs leads firstly to a second shower room, then to the kitchen/diner which is well equipped, and then finally to the lounge which over looks the street and a grassy area.

On this floor there is another entrance door, which leads on to a shared hallway, and then out on to the street (down some steps) which if you’re not using your car, will most likely be the entrance you choose to use.

The base price is for 2 people; extra guests are charged at £10 per person, per night, up to a maximum of 4 people.

Notes

• The rear service lane is cobbled and undulating, and not really well suited to particularly low vehicles. It’s also a service lane for a local business and occasionally the lane may blocked for a short period of time while they have a delivery.
• the parking space is large (see pic of VW golf parked) , and you may choose to try and fit two small vehicles in it. Fine with us but please note, there is no free on street parking locally if you have cars that don’t fit.
• The oven is a gas oven.
