Harbour Heights

2 bedroom maisonette is on the top two floors of a Victorian home, perfect for those wanting to be right in the middle of everything. Located just behind the Barbican, and with it’s own parking space less than 2 minutes walk away.

The space

Accessed through a shared hallway, the entrance to Harbour Heights leads straight to a staircase, up to the next floor. Immediately on your right you will find a large kitchen.

Given the central location of Harbour Heights, you are spoiled for choice when it comes to eating out. But if you want to cater for yourselves, then you will find the kitchen well equipped with a gas oven and hob, microwave and even a dishwasher.

The next room on this floor the large lounge/diner, with smart TV and a dining table. One of the two sofa’s is a large, sofabed, and there’s enough room to make yourself comfortable.

Another staircase takes you up to the top floor of the building where you’ll find one bedroom with a kingsize bed, and second twin room. There are two large clothes rails and there is space under all beds to store luggage.

The bathroom is also on this floor, which has a mixer shower over the bath.

We don’t claim that Harbour Heights is perfect (in fact things occasionally roll off the dining table the floor is so wonky!) but we do think it’s a special space that hopefully you’ll enjoy.

• The parking space is a two minute walk from the property – unfortunately there isn’t an option with Airbnb to list free allocated parking ‘off site’!
• Should the blipper for the car parking space not be in the property when you check out, we reserve the right to deduct £50 from the deposit.
• The oven is a gas oven
• Although not listed as pet friendly, this property has had dog guests to stay, and therefore will not be suitable for guests with severe pet allergies
